This Group Learning program has been certified by the National Office of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Saskatchewan Chapter for up to 21.25 Mainpro+ credits for the main 3-day program (Day 1: 8.75 /Day 2: 6.5 /Day 3: 6.0) and 8.0 for the Fundamentals day)
This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the University of Calgary Office of Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development. Up to 17.5 hours (Credits are automatically calculated) can be claimed for the main 3-day conference (Day 1: 6.5 hours/Day 2: 6.0 hours/ Day 3: 5.0 hours). The Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation – CACCF – has granted 29 CEUs for the 3-day CSAM-SMCA Conference and 8 CEUs for the Fundamentals Day course.
The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association has granted 8 CEC hours for the CSAM-SMCA 1-day Fundamentals course.
