The CSAM-SMCA 2022 Scientific Convention Organizing Committee is committed to keeping attendees safe. We are aware that many expect a resurgence of the COVID-19 virus this fall, and we are monitoring the situation closely.
Free masks will be provided at registration, and we expect all attendees to wear masks throughout the conference. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your preferred masks to wear in common areas. We also expect to have rapid antigen tests available at registration, though we have not yet secured the tests.
We encourage all presenters and attendees at the conference to be fully vaccinated including receiving any recommended boosters prior to November 2nd. Our interest is in hosting a safe gathering for all, and minimizing the risk of spreading COVID-19 at the conference. Please do not attend if you have a COVID-19 positive RAT or PCR, or if you have symptoms of illness that could be consistent with COVID-19.
Attendees who have registered for the in-person conference can convert their registration to virtual at any time. You do not need to disclose the reason for your decision to convert from in-person to virtual, and there is no fee to switch. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund for the difference.
