Conference Presenter Registration Subsidies

We are pleased to offer a limited number of Conference Presenter Subsidies for the CSAM-SMCA 2026 Scientific Conference. The subsidy is intended for those whose abstracts have been accepted by the scientific review committee but cost of attendance is a barrier. Subsidies will cover the cost of conference registration fees only and do not include travel, accommodation, or any other expenses. Subsidies are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility and Registration

A prospective presenter with an accepted abstract is eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted by Friday, June 5, 2026.

Successful applicants must accept the invitation to present and register for the conference using their subsidy discount code by the deadline. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the subsidy. Subsidy recipient registration deadline is Monday, August 31, 2026.
