Submissions for the 2025 conference are now closed

To support prospective abstract submissions, we’d like to share some guidance and feedback based on the 2025 review process:

  • First, provide critical content in your abstract. If results are pending or missing, the abstract loses value.
  • Second, ensure that your research has gone through appropriate ethics approval, especially when involving vulnerable populations.
  • Third, cite an evidence base and methodology that support your conclusions.
  • Fourth, submit an abstract that is less likely to compete directly with other submissions. We strive to present material on a wide variety of topics each year.
  • Finally, pay attention to the conference theme.
