Sponsor Guide
Overview:
Each Exhibitor Booth includes:
- One (1) 6’ x 30’’ table with a tablecloth and skirt
- Two (2) chairs
- One (1) trash can
Exhibitors are welcome to enjoy the meals and breaks provided during the event.

You can claim the registration ticket(s) associated with your Exhibitor Booth here. Please select the category Sponsor/Exhibitor.
When you reach the payment section of the registration process, enter the discount code CSAMSponsor to apply the discount.
Please ensure all your associates are registered by September 30, 2025.
Exhibitor badges can be picked up on Wednesday October 15th, during pre-registration. Please wear your badge at all times while in the exhibitor area.
Exhibitors will have access to the event app to manage and update their virtual booths. Be sure to download the app in advance to engage with attendees and showcase your products/services. Further details on app access will be shared closer to the event.
Move in: October 15th at 1:00pm EST
Take down: October 18th at 1:00pm EST
Location: Main hallway on the 3rd level (directly outside the main presentation room)
You will receive your booth number two weeks before the conference.
Exhibitors can enter through the regular hotel doors, or if necessary, through the Sheraton loading dock. If you need access to the loading dock, please coordinate in advance with Christina Zaki at .

If you require additional power, audiovisual equipment, lighting, or other services, please coordinate directly with the in-house provider, StageVision. Please note that any additional costs will be your responsibility, as they are not covered by CSAM-SMCA.

If your sponsorship level includes push notifications, please submit them to Becca Hebert at by September 30, 2025.
Notifications should be brief, clear, and between 40-100 characters to effectively capture users’ attention effectively. These alerts are sent to users’ devices with timely updates – such as promotions, reminders, or news – even when they are not actively using the app or website.
