The Artisan Market is part of the CSAM-SMCA 2026 Opening Reception, designed as a social space for attendees to mix, mingle, and network while engaging with curated vendors.
Terms & Conditions
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between CSAM-SMCA (“Organizer”) and the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) for participation in the CSAM-SMCA 2026 Artisan Market held during the Opening Reception.
Each booth includes
- One (1) table (size as provided by Organizer)
- Two (2) chairs
- Table linen
- Assigned booth space within the market area
- Access to event attendees during designated market hours
Additional items (e.g., décor, shelving) are the responsibility of the Vendor unless otherwise specified.
Setup: 3:00pm MST
Teardown: 7:30pm MST
Vendors must adhere strictly to assigned setup and teardown times. Early teardown is not permitted.
Loading Dock Location
Corner of 7th Ave and 1st St SE. You will see the Hyatt logo next to the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre above the large bay doors. The receiving team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. CPA Lot 60 Convention Centre Parkade.
Loading Dock Regulations
Load-in and load-out are first-come, first-served. Pre-scheduling is required for 52-foot trailers. No parking is permitted in the loading dock.
Shipping & Handling
Please do not ship boxes earlier than three days prior to the conference. To ensure proper receipt and storage, use the following format for shipping labels:

When shipping materials to the hotel, we recommend completing return waybills in advance and bringing them with you. The Banquet team can assist with outgoing packages.
Vendors are responsible for providing all items necessary to operate their booth, including product inventory, display materials, signage, and any additional furniture. Vendors must also bring their own packaging materials and promotional items. Any required electrical supplies (e.g., extension cords, power bars) must be provided by the Vendor if applicable.
Vendors are fully responsible for managing all sales and transactions, including providing their own payment processing systems (e.g., cash, card readers, or mobile payment platforms). The Organizer will not provide, support, or be responsible for payment processing of any kind.
Vendors must arrive on time for setup and remain fully operational for the duration of the market.
Vendors participate at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to Vendor products, equipment, or personnel. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage where applicable.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Vendor who does not comply with event guidelines or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
The Vendor agrees that the Organizer may use the Vendor’s name, business information, and images for promotional purposes related to the event.
